It is easy to become hyper-focused on the things that feel bad: our mistakes, anxieties, toxic patterns and dysfunctional relationships. However, we are all more complex than our problems. Humans are complicated, life is nuanced. But we are wired for negativity bias, so we often get tunnel-visioned on our emotional or physical discomfort.

Our team of strength-based therapists are trained to help expand your awareness to encompass all the parts of your life: the pleasant, unpleasant and neutral. We will collaborate with you to address your goal areas while simultaneously inviting you to notice your existing strengths and resilience. Often, we can repurpose something you're already doing well to address an area of change in a different domain of life.

In order to feel better, we must first increase our awareness of what is already pleasant or neutral in our lives.
