A: Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be booked in discussion with your therapist.
A: Rebecca’s sessions are $250 for individuals, $275 for couples.
Team members vary from $145-$200 for individuals and $150-$225 for couples. Sliding scale can be discussed with your associate during an initial consultation.
A: It depends. There are many factors such as, but not limited to: what is within/outside of your control, how often do you want sessions, can you implement change between sessions, etc. We recommend beginning with 1 session per week and can adjust the frequency if and when appropriate.
A: We are out of network for all insurance carriers. We can provide you a super bill, or coded receipt, that you submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Please confirm with your insurance whether your policy provides out of network reimbursement and, if so, what steps you must take in order to submit superbills.
A: You can cancel your appointment 24hrs or more in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full fee of the session.

A: In our initial sessions, I will be able to evaluate if EMDR is a good fit for you, and we can discuss the criteria for that together to ensure that you feel comfortable and informed as to the process and nature of EMDR work.
A: Do a gut check: Do I feel heard? Do I feel safe talking to them? Do they remind me of anyone and, if so, how might this impact my sense of safety with this person? Success in therapy is highly dependent on the fit between client and clinician. If need be, consult with more than one therapist to ensure you feel comfortable with your choice.
